BA - Early Childhood Education/Elementary Education (Huntingdon College)
I have been an educator with the Alabama State Department of Education for 24.5 years (7 in the classroom and 17.5 in the library media center). This school term (2021-22) is my seventeenth year with the Mobile County Public School System. I greatly enjoy sharing my passion for literacy as I serve our administration, faculty, staff, students and community as Library Media Specialist. I look forward to a great school year and the rewarding benefits of each new day!
God has richly blessed me with a wonderful family, dear friends and the opportunity to reach out to our young people through education. I am thankful for my life and value every moment spent with others.
